Can I return underwear or lingerie?
For hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie sold in a sealed package cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been removed (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). The 14-day right of withdrawal still applies if the package and seal are intact, and for pyjamas and home linen that are not sealed.
How long do I have to return an item?
Consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from eligible products, returning them intact, unwashed and with tags. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment.
What warranty do the products have?
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code. In case of a defect you are entitled to repair, replacement or, under the conditions of law, a price reduction or contract termination.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe with 3D Secure (SCA) authentication and support for Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card data is encrypted and sent to Stripe; it never passes through or is stored on our servers.
What materials do you use?
We mainly work with silk, cotton and lace. The exact composition and washing instructions are shown on each product page and label.
How do I care for the garments?
Silk: hand wash or delicate cold machine cycle, no bleach, iron at low temperature. Lace: use a laundry bag and a delicate cycle. Cotton: follow the temperature on the label. In general avoid harsh softeners and high-temperature tumble drying.
Where do you ship and with which couriers?
We ship within Italy with Bartolini (BRT) and SDA, and to the EU countries listed at checkout. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown in the order summary before you confirm.
How do you handle my personal data?
We process data according to our privacy policy and the GDPR. From your account you can export your data (JSON and CSV) and request account deletion; orders are kept in anonymised form for tax obligations.
